Refund Policy

ExamVault sells digital PDF study material that is delivered instantly. Because files are downloadable immediately, sales are generally final. We do, however, stand behind our content with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee: if a file is corrupted, mislabelled, or materially not as described, email support@examvault.com within 7 days of purchase and we will provide a replacement or a refund. Refunds are not available for change of mind after a file has been downloaded.
